Overdue is developed by Pax Willoughby and Samuel Augsberger,
and distributed through the Apple Developer account of Brad
Willoughby. In this policy, "we," "us," "our," and "ours" refer
to the three of us.
In plain English: We don't collect your
personal information without your consent. The data you save in
the app is stored on your device or in Apple's iCloud, so we can
never see it, even if we wanted to.
Three optional features involve third parties:

Feedback. You can send us feedback through
a Google Form, opened in an in-app browser. You can leave an
email address if you want us to reply, but you don't have
to. Google's own
privacy policy
applies to that form.

Canvas integration. If you turn this on,
you generate an access token in Canvas and enter it into
Overdue. It's stored in your device's Keychain, and may sync
via iCloud Keychain to your other devices. You can remove it
at any time from Overdue's Settings, or revoke it directly
from the Canvas website. Your device interacts directly with
Canvas, so we never see the token or your Canvas data. This
feature is entirely optional, and Overdue works fine without
it. Usage of this feature is subject to the Instructure
privacy policy.

Donations through Ko-fi. You can choose to
support the development of Overdue with a donation. The
United States version of the app provides a link to our
Ko-fi profile. These donations have no impact on your usage
of the app and you will not receive any goods or services
for making a donation. If you do make a donation, your
payment is handled by Ko-fi and is subject to the Ko-fi
privacy policy.
Additionally, we may see the contact information you provide
while making a donation.
Overdue isn't affiliated with Google, Instructure/Canvas, or
Ko-fi.
